Where is the Coral House Inn?

Located at the south end of Main Street in Punta Gorda, overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the Gulf of Honduras, the Coral House Inn is as far south as you can drive on paved roads in Belize.

You can get here by car, bus or air from Belize City, or by a 45 minute boat trip from Puerto Barrios, Guatemala.

Of course, the rooms are very comfortable and clean but outside the rooms is what makes this such a special place for you to enjoy. The wonderful verandas offer several options for places to sit or lie to relax and enjoy the view.

The dining room, used for complimentary breakfast in the morning, is also a great place for small meetings, and card and board games. You can also order a full cooked breakfast. The comfortable living room and small book exchange/gift shop, showcase a variety of Belizean crafts.

There are flower and fruit gardens around nearly every corner for bird and butterfly watching or simply places to reflect on the day. The pool patio and poolside bar are great spots for casual conversation and relaxation.

Even at night the grounds are a beautiful environment. During breakfast in the dining room or on the pool patio, you’ll have a great view of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy a book in a hammock or an early morning coffee watching the sunrise at the Coral House Inn.
